At nicked.in, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Returns:

1. Product Discrepancy: We accept returns only if the product delivered is not as per the ordered item. If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date by contacting us at wecare@nicked.in. Ensure to provide your order details and attach relevant images of the received item for our review.

2. Return Request Process: To request a return due to product discrepancy, please email us at wecare@nicked.in within 2 days of the delivery date. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process. Any requests made after this period may not be entertained.

3. Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

4. Non-Acceptance of Exchange: Please note that once the order is out for delivery, we do not accept exchanges for any reason other than the product not matching the ordered item.

Refunds:

1. Refund Process: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error or a discrepancy in the product received, nicked.in will cover the return shipping costs. For other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

1. We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy in the product received.

2. Products sold during clearance or promotional sales might be ineligible for return or refund. Please check the specific terms and conditions associated with such purchases.
